Scope and payment. The agreement sets deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment milestones, acceptance checks, ownership, confidentiality, cancellation, and support. Payment is arranged by invoice. Published starting prices are indicative; your proposal states the final fees. Scope changes and third-party costs require written agreement.
Realistic expectations. Results depend on the workflow, data, systems, and adoption. Specific savings, revenue, accuracy, rankings, or business outcomes are not guaranteed. AI outputs require appropriate review.
The project agreement governs. This website provides general service information. The signed agreement establishes the terms for your engagement, including any agreed risk allocation and limits of liability.
