Privacy policy
Effective date: October 24, 2026.
ClearPath Intake is operated by Clearpath Intake LLC. This policy covers clearpathintake.com, business inquiries and our own business outreach. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests. Information handled for a client engagement is also governed by the applicable agreement.
Information we handle
Our contact form asks for your name, work email, optional company and message. We keep related business correspondence and may keep proposal, agreement, billing and project information when needed for an engagement. The public inquiry form does not ask for payment-card details.
We also review public organizational websites and general organizational contact information to prepare relevant business introductions. We record only limited public business facts, source URLs, contact status and the minimum identifiers needed to avoid duplicate contact and honor opt-outs or delivery failures.
Our website and service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, visited pages, referring pages, timestamps, cookies and abuse-prevention or performance signals. Please send only a high-level business description through the form. Do not send passwords, identity documents, customer datasets, health/student records or other confidential files.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess business fit, arrange conversations, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain necessary records, understand website performance, prevent abuse, honor communication choices and meet applicable obligations. An inquiry does not authorize a charge or subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter. We do not upload inquiry lists into advertising audiences or operate our own cross-site advertising program.
Providers and AI-assisted workflows
Durable hosts this website, operates its native contact form and lead records, and displays website analytics in the business dashboard. Google handles business email and reCAPTCHA abuse protection on the form. The website also loads Cloudflare Web Analytics. These providers process information according to their applicable terms and configurations.
We use AI tools, including Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s Codex, to research public organizational information and draft business communications. An authorized AI assistant connected to our business mailbox may read inquiries and replies to classify them, identify opt-outs or delivery failures, and prepare response drafts. When it does, message content is processed by that AI provider under its applicable terms and our account settings. We do not copy private correspondence into public prospect-research materials or local prospect records, and we do not provide it to Claude. We do not seek private customer, pastoral, student or other sensitive records for outreach.
Durable's general published policy includes analytics, service improvement, machine-learning training and advertising-related practices. Its October 20, 2026 terms allow service delivery, output generation, improvement and aggregation. We have requested clarification on which provisions apply to hosted visitor and form data; we do not promise that those data are excluded from provider model improvement or other provider uses. Cookies and browser choices
The presence of Cloudflare Web Analytics does not make this entire site cookie-free. reCAPTCHA and hosting/security services may use cookies or similar signals. Browser settings can limit cookies and some tracking, but may affect the form. You may email us instead of submitting the form; visiting the site may still involve hosting/security processing.
ClearPath has not implemented custom behavior to change its processing in response to a Do Not Track browser signal. Provider-controlled responses, including end-to-end handling of Global Privacy Control, have not been verified. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are different mechanisms; the email request channel does not replace any browser-signal obligation that applicable law imposes. We will update this disclosure as provider behavior is confirmed.
Retention and requests
We retain information only as needed for the stated purposes, applicable agreements and legal, accounting, security or dispute needs. Our retention policy uses a 12-month review target for inactive inquiry and prospect information; this is not a guarantee that every provider copy is deleted on that date. A minimal suppression identifier may be kept to honor an opt-out or hard bounce. Provider backups/logs can have separate retention.
Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop marketing outreach. A marketing opt-out can be sent by replying to the message; no fee or identity document is needed for that opt-out. For other requests we may reasonably verify authority and explain any information we must retain. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law.
Locations, security and changes
Providers may process information outside California or the United States. Durable's policy identifies Canada and other provider jurisdictions; we do not promise a particular exclusive storage location. This website uses HTTPS, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. For material changes to previously collected information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where applicable.
